Jackie has spent over two decades working in public sector recruitment, building trusted relationships with local authorities and private organisations across the UK. Over the years, she’s developed a strong, far-reaching network of clients and candidates who value her insight, honesty and commitment.

Jackie is known for her open and transparent approach to recruitment. She takes time to understand the full picture and often supports her clients with a blend of mid-level consultancy and project-based executive search, offering solutions that are both strategic and people-focused.

With a BA in Business and Information Studies and an MSc in Leadership and Management, Jackie combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience. She has spent more than a decade leading, developing, and mentoring successful recruitment teams – and takes real pride in helping others grow and succeed.
