Congratulations to our PR and Communications team who were triumphant at the recent Recruitment International Awards where they were named as Best Back Office Team.
The award recognises the hard work and commitment the team have put into driving engaging and informative internal and external communications in the business over the past year.
The Recruitment International Awards celebrate exceptional people and businesses in recruitment and is judged by a panel of leading experts and specialists in the industry.
The glamourous awards ceremony, held at the Guildhall in London, saw 400 recruitment professionals come together to celebrate yet another fantastic year.
Head of PR and Communications Kevin Cooke and Executive Alison Hart were praised for their proactive approach to marketing, strong client and candidate engagement and management of all internal and external communications.
Day to day, the team supply copy, blogs, website content, press releases and much more to the business as well as writing the company magazine, Insight, which is full of industry and business news. They also have a huge part to play in all external attraction campaigns and are involved with all creative processes within the wider marketing team.
The team work toward the main business aims of supporting corporate sales and attracting new clients and candidates to Pertemps, with the end result of increased overall profit.
Although the PR and Communications are a small team of just two individuals, they are committed to delivering a first-class, proactive and efficient service. Demands can be intense and workloads high, but the team work always together to overcome any challenges and complete work above the level expected.
