Pertemps Education are seeking a full-time enthusiastic and ambitious School Administrator in the Essex area to join a dedicated local school. Experience of SIMS Management Information System is essential for this role.
This role is for an experienced Administrator who is confident using SIMS and is available for full-time employment (possibility of term time only). You will be working in a team of Office Staff, who are a valuable part of the school structure who all work towards the same aim that every child gets the most out of their education.
Throughout the day you will be required to complete numerous administrative tasks, supporting the Senior Leadership Team. The key areas you will focus on will be Attendance, Admissions/ Transfers, Management and Administration of Information Systems. It is important that you are able to work within a team as you will be working alongside the Inclusion Leader with regular meetings to track students attendance. Furthermore, you will also be ensuring the School follow Health and Safety Policies.
