Pertemps Education are looking for strong willed, confident, creative and resilient Teaching Assistants who want to make a difference to young people’s lives and help them see education in a positive light. We are working alongside two partner schools based in Sudbury & Bury who require Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 or small group basis with students who demonstrate challenging behaviour and mild to severe levels of learning disability.
If you have worked as a Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Learning Coach previously and want to make a difference to pupils lives, this may be the opportunity for you.
The school are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour and/or Autism (ASC)
- Are resilient and have a good sense of humour
- Can be team player but bring their own sense of personality to the role
This Alternative Provision in Sudbury have varying numbers of pupils from day to day, therefore, require bank staff as well as full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team.
