Graham is an experienced recruiter who has built a career on the principles of the public sector and a commitment to finding the best people, and building highly functioning teams.
He strongly believes that, while technology plays a central function in what has always been a fast-paced, busy industry, the best recruiters still invest most of their time, energy and creativity building quality relationships with the people around them.
Graham joined Pertemps Social Care at an exciting time. The business is known for its ambition, and has a track record of rapid growth and development. Graham is responsible for hiring and developing a new generation of imaginative and talented graduates who will explore new opportunities and support further growth.
Graham’s approach is innovative and entrepreneurial, and is reflected in his thorough education and development offer – and a ground-breaking approach to work-life balance. His team will work a ‘four days on, three days off’, a cycle that has been shown to be massively beneficial in terms of increased energy levels, happiness, personal growth and productivity.
Graham knows that getting a work-life balance right is crucial. He has three sons, and outside of work, he enjoys running and keeping fit, coaching junior cricket, cooking curries, playing the drums, and has a season ticket at Anfield.
