An Operations Manager is required to work in South Tyneside within the Adults and Integrated Care Team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of workforce management to ensure provision of high quality adults and integrated care. You will ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements of care quality commission and contribute to the development of the service.
As the Adults Operations Manager for Integrated Care you will work alongside the service manager for ecare services, 2 x 24 bedded extra care schemes, shared lives services and LD day services. The role will involve project work and support to redesign the services, auditing, and ensuring all the services are in-line with CQC standards. The post holder is expected to become the registered manager of the two extra care schemes.
Ideally, the post holder will have a domiciliary care background within a regional role. A minimum of NVQ Level 5 is required. The post is working full-time, over a 7 day period, for 12 months.
