A Business/Account Manager is required for a company that specialises in managing the procurement of recruitment services. You will be the primary point of contact providing operational support to clients in North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Lancashire regions. You will manage the end to end procurement process, ensuring all targets and SLA's are met.
You will engage with the Client Contract Manages and individual hiring managers on a day to day basis, in order to provide support and assistance throughout the transaction process.
The successful Business / Account manager will:-
- be able to build strong relationships with the clients and offer support and training
- Be able to analyse client performance and present this information to the client on a regular basis
- be responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA's and KPIs are met
- Produce comprehensive management information
- Undertake client-facing business reviews
- Deliver formal presentations to client contract manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Work in a proactive manner
You will be working from home with a minimum of 2 days spent in the Head Office in Milton Keynes and have a full clean driving license. This is a full time role and hours of work are 8:45-5:30pm.
