Reporting to the E-Procurement Team Leader, the E-Procurement Coordinator will manage the online vendor systems for a selection of our clients, including submitting candidate data, entering timesheet details and responding to system queries. You will also be responsible for assisting in providing a proactive, responsive and quality driven payroll service, by ensuring a timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll.
You will be playing an incremental part within the team and will be responsible for analysing our current systems and processes in the E-Procurement division and integrate necessary system improvements to ensure a smooth and efficient E-Procurement and payroll process.
