Pertemps Education are looking for strong willed, confident, creative and resilient Teaching Assistants who want to make a difference to young people's lives and help them see education in a positive light. We are working alongside a partner school based in Sudbury, who require Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 or small group basis with students who demonstrate challenging behaviour.
If you have worked as a Behaviour Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Learning Coach previously and want to make a difference to pupils lives, this may be the opportunity for you.
The school are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour and/or Autism (ASC)
- Are resilient and have a good sense of humour
- Can be team player but bring their own sense of personality to the role
This Alternative Provision in Sudbury have varying numbers of pupils from day to day, therefore, require bank staff as well as full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team. If you cannot feel you can commit full-time, then that's ok, as we have plenty of flexible and daily working opportunities at the Alternative Provision.
